A CRM that remembers every conversation
Big CRMs are built for sales departments; spreadsheets forget everything. BlokNotes sits in between: real company and contact records, a visual deal pipeline, and an activity log — all connected to the meeting notes and quotes the relationship is actually made of.
Move a deal through custom stages, log calls and emails, set next steps with dates, and convert a won opportunity into a quote without retyping a thing.
What you get
- Company records with tax IDs, addresses and billing details
- Contact records with multiple emails and phones
- Custom pipeline stages with colors
- Opportunities with value, probability and close date
- Activity log: calls, emails, meetings, notes
- Next steps with reminders dates
- Lost-reason tracking
- One-click quote from an opportunity
- Geographic data per company
Companies and people as first-class records
Store everything about a client: status (prospect, active, partner, vendor), industry, addresses, tax and VAT IDs, payment terms, default currency and contacts. People carry their own profiles with roles, multiple emails and phone numbers.
- Company status lifecycle from prospect to partner
- Billing details ready for invoicing: tax IDs, payment terms
- Multiple addresses per company
- Every record links to its notes, meetings and deals
A pipeline shaped like your sales process
Define your own stages — the default flow runs from new lead through contacted, discovery and quoted — and drag opportunities through them. Each deal tracks value, probability, expected close date, source and the people involved.
- Custom stages with names, colors and ordering
- Deal value in your currency with probability weighting
- Stage changes logged automatically in the activity history
- Lost deals carry a lost reason so you learn from them
An activity log that writes itself
Calls, emails, meetings, follow-ups and stage changes accumulate on the opportunity timeline — some logged by you, some automatically (like when a quote is sent). Six months later you still know exactly what happened.
From handshake to invoice
When a deal is ready, create a quote directly from the opportunity: client details, contact and value carry over. When the client accepts, convert the quote to an invoice. The whole commercial story stays linked.
Questions about crm & sales pipeline
Can I customize the pipeline stages?
Yes. Stages are fully editable — name, color and order — so the pipeline matches your actual sales process. A sensible default pipeline is provided to start from.
Does the CRM connect to invoicing?
Directly. You can create a quote from an opportunity with client details pre-filled, then convert the accepted quote into an invoice. Activities, quotes and invoices all stay linked to the company record.
Is BlokNotes a replacement for Salesforce or HubSpot?
For small teams, freelancers and agencies — usually yes. BlokNotes covers contacts, pipeline, activities and follow-ups without per-seat CRM pricing. It does not aim to replace enterprise sales automation.
